  • Where is your jewelry from?
    All of our jewelry is handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia, by skilled artisans who use traditional techniques to create unique and timeless pieces.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we are focusing on shipping within Canada, but we hope to expand internationally in the future! Stay tuned for updates.
  • Are your pieces handmade?
    Yes! Every piece is carefully handcrafted, ensuring high quality and authenticity in every design.
  • Do you ship to Canada?
    Yes! Since I’m based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, all orders are shipped from here, making it easier and faster for Canadian customers to receive their jewelry.
  • Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
    At the moment, we don’t offer custom designs, but we’re always looking for ways to bring unique pieces to our collection. Let us know if you have any special requests!
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of purchase. Please check our return policy for more details.
  • How should I care for my jewelry?
    Although our jewelry is waterproof and ocean-proof, we still recommend wiping it down after exposure to saltwater or chlorine to maintain its shine. Store your pieces in a dry place when not in use.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
